Got an 87 Golf 8v and have replaced all the appropriate things...Plugs Wires Cap Rotor...O2..both temp sensors...when it starts it revs up and down and I hear a clicking noise in the engine compartment that corresponds to the revving...I know this has something to do with the duty cycle but what?
