S2000....Your general impression please

Well, by the sounds of it VW is not going to be able to bring me my JET GLX 6Speed, for some dumb reason they want to only sell it with the Tiptronic...Anyways I may just get my deposit back.
What do you all think of the S2000? I can get a very good deal from my work on one together with an excellent finance rate...I am looking at a brand new 2001 S2000 Grey on red leather...4kms on it...it rolled off the truck 3 months ago and since has been sitting in the showroom. I am very seriously thinking of buying it....What do you all think?? No flames please just cuz its a Honda...
