i cant believe this day has arrived! Finally after 4 years of dreaming about this car it happened. i still cant believe i own this car so now i can finally change my screename

it's a certified 2001.5 santorin blue S4 with 37k miles on it. i never thought i was gonna end up with this color. i wanted nogaro but i fell in love with this color already. it's so classy for this car. here are some pics. sorry about the pics they're not the best. it was late at night in the gas station as you can tell, and my homie had a digital camera so we shot some. tell me what you guys think and wish me luck

Congratulations. A friend at work has a Santorin Audi and it looks awesome. Gun metal or darker wheels really work on this car. Your car looks like it's in great shape.

yea thanks for noticing that im gonna take the car to the dealer 2mrrow so they can detail the hell out of it and ill see what i can do about those holes. and thanks for all the feedback guys.
now that i finally have this car, what is the most amount of time i should warm up and cool the car down untill i buy all the goodies to maintain this car? and do i have to do it everytime(if the car has been off for an hour or two)?

When you start it up, just try to avoid getting into positive boost until it gets up to operating temperatures. When you are going to stop, drive very easily for the last few minutes prior to stopping. Don't go tearing into a parking lot and then just get out of the car. I'm not sure if you have a boost gauge, but in normal driving, you will be surprised at how little time you actually spend generating positive boost.

I have an extra front plate if you are interested. email me at [email protected] the dealer gave me a new one 'cus they scratched my old one VERY SLIGHTLY but i caught it hehehe. its not even a noticable scratch and it sure as hell beats those HOLES!!!! Its even Santorin Blue...lemme know.

Nice car sak!! I am where you use to be. I been dreamin of getting an 00 or 01 for about a year now. Getting the guts (and right insurance) in order to follow through soon. Just curious. How much did you pay for it? Is it a certified car with a warrany?

thanks alot Zaffod i hope you get better.i paid 28k out the door and yea it's certified. i want nothing but certified when it comes to this car.
i wanted to make sure first of all that it's certified and second that it's a 2001.5+. you can get the car for way cheaper if you get it from a private party or from a dealer with more miles on it. mine had 36k miles on it so im sure if you find one with 50k to 60k miles(which isnt bad, especially for this car) you'll get a great deal. it's just about how picky you are. i'm very picky and wanted to make sure i got the right one or not at all.
but just make sure you know what you're getting into. i made sure i knew all the problems this car could bring and get me into. good luck man i hope you get one soon becuase you'll love it.
