probably the headgasket.
if it has a 2L - you'll need the 9a headgasket (2L)
i'm guessing it wasn't burning the oil - but rather leaking it into your coolant.
check your oil - milky color - blown gasket.
check your coolant - darn brown water with oil - blown head gasket
if they are fine - check exhaist smoke colour.
white (and lots of it - blown gasket)
blue - burning oil
to see where you are burning oil from - do a leak down test. i'm getting tired of typing - so do a search on that.
