$300 for the chip.
GIAC + installation and socket if you want to switch back to stock
Upsolute + installation.

awe here in philly sells GIAC for 299.USD and they are not a discount shop at all.

He has a VR6! READ! APR doesnt make chips for VR6s.
Go with whomever has a dealer local to you. My personal experience with UP has been great!

I've never seen GIAC for that low of a price....it's not a limited time thing, is it?
Upsolute is 325 now....used to be 300. Still worth every penny in my opinion. You don't get the switchable options of APR, but the APR will go up over 700 with options and installation.

GIAC VR6 chip is 300, if you have a 1.8T then it's like $400+

Aaaahhhh....my bad. Didn't know it was for a VR6 when I replied.... Did that get added in the edit, or did I miss it?

No, not a limited time offer....like I said AWE is not about discounts.

The GIAC for the VR6's going rate is approx. $300. Conversely, for the 1.8t, the same chip sells at AWE for 499. The reason being that the VR6 chip gives you like 8 HP boost, whereas the 1.8t GIAC gives you 50HP! Of course they'll jack you for the added performance.
