Seat Heater Switches - same for both seats?

Continue to have problems with my driver's side seat heater. It has been determined that the problem is the switch in the center pod. Last new switch installed under warranty worked worse than the one it was to replace. Question; are the two switches for the front seats the same? If so, I'm going to switch the passenger side over since that side could fry an egg.

I'll answer my own question; they're the same for both seats. Still isn't performing as I would like. Maybe my backside is numb........

Maybe the heater element in the seat is n/g...
