You will get better results in the Pacific Northwest forum.
Bahn Brenner in Auburn is the only local installed/tuner I've found so far. The place to get advice and parts is most definitely Evolution Sports in Everett.

Bahn Brenner was my Upsolute installer, but prices are high here and I've gotten everything else from the usual internet houses like Virtual.
Personally, the Seattle area feels much more friendly to Asian marques, which can make life fun when you feel like going out on the hunt....
