Serpentine Belt Conversion - KITS , AVAILABILITY & FAQ

Temporarily creating this thread for now so that I can update it later on this week when the belts arrive.I will be providing part #'s as well as a break down of every single kit avaialble for serpentine conversion.Will also include the pros and cons of each set up and what direction you should/could take.If you guys want anything in the thread please throw in your suggestions


ABA Alternator kit said:
Alternator OEM Part #:

Alternator bracekt tensioing arm Part # : 028 903 308 C

BELTS:
If you are using a MKIV 1.8T/2.0 8V Crankshaft accessory pulley or an ABA unit then you will a 6PK-1153 Belt.
If you are using an AAZ 1.9TDI Crankshaft accessory pulley (Part # 028 105 243T) then you need a 6PK-1185 Belt.

AFN Alternator kit (preferred for Diesel's) said:

ABF Alternator kit (preferred for Diesel's / ITB's and in general all fitments) said:
  • Alternator OEM Part #: 028 903 029 M
  • Alternator Aftermarket Part #: AL0185X
  • Alternator Bracket Part #: 029 803 143 AD
  • Bracket spring Part #: 028 903 329


BELTS:
If you are using a MKIV 1.8T/2.0 8V Crankshaft accessory pulley or an ABA unit then you will a 6PK-894 Belt.
If you are using an AAZ 1.9TDI Crankshaft accessory pulley (Part # 028 105 243T) then you need a 6PK-923 Belt.

BELTS:
BOLTS:
(1) 028 260 821 - M8 x 1.25 x 64mm doubled ended stud (upper left of water pump)
(1) 028 260 821 D - M8 x 1.25 x 40mm bolt (upper right of the water pump)
(2) 028 260 821 A - M8 x 1.25 x 92mm doubled ended stud (lower left & right of water pump)

Difference in crank snout : 0.549 - 0.312 = 6.0198mm

16V with all accessories on a single belt.

i have a 1988 16v scirocco that has a a/c elliminator kit on it and another one that is a/c , and a 3rd that will be a 2.0 91 jetta 16v into a 1986 scirocco with a turbo kit ,
looking if u got the right kits , starting with the 88 , can post pic of the a/c eliminator kit current belt and pully's if needed

So, are you going to list what kits will be available and some pricing to go with it?
Or, have I missed that some where?
