Shift Knob install?'s

I have the OEM wood knob that has to make room for a MOMO race air leather. Gotta match the 25th kit! How do I take off the original and where can I get an SCR adapter? Thanx in advance.

just use a metal cutting hacksaw blade - cuts like buttah (very, very, hard butter), and you can go all the way down until the spring. I went just over two inches, feels nice at that height. I used the smallest hose clamp I could find to replace the brass ring. Worked great. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
