nah it was to get over the bolster in my callaway jetta, Recaro KRX has some high bolsters

I remember those. VW&Porsche magazine actually published an article on how to install one. As if installation could be that difficult...

Never actually seen one in person.

Didn't 16v Roccos come with a longer, bent shifter like that? Mine did, but maybe it was an extension.

All Sciroccos (2nd generation anyway) came with a bent shifter. My 83 has one.

of course if someone wants the extension, i will sell it, for 300 dollars, comes with a free Recaro KRX
