Shifter Installation Question

Sorry ahead of time if I sound like a dick...Would anyone know how to install this gear shifter http://www.parts4euro.com/DCShop/pr...=2086&osCsid=dc344c61c397e5cb2c462d9512476439
It comes with mounting hardware, and probably instructions. Installing a shift knob is probably about the easiest thing you could possibly do to a car. I like that knob though, cool idea.
