Show me pics of your smoked side markers (not the ones on bumper)
i have seen hellas and their not dark enough for me, and as far as doing it myself i only have one, the other got stolen

Testors transparent black spray paint (2949) from a hobby store works great. I also didn't think the darkened ones I bought from the dealership were dark enough. So I darkened them more myself and they turned out great. The same why you do the orange ones is the same why you do the side markers.
