Silver Jetta MK4 in The Williamsburg Shopping Center (11-29-01) Who?

I saw a sweet Silver Jetta at the Williamsburg Crossing Shopping Center tonight (11-29-01) it had 17s (Powermax wheels?) on it and may have been lowered. I have seen the car around before…who are you, have you been to any Williamsburg GTGs? Just wondering…BTW I left the note on your car.
