Literally, Fahr is "drive" and Gefühl is "sense of", but that's not a very idiomatic way of translating it. Jessla has it right, it's "driving experience" or something very close to that.
You may have seen gefühl before if you've ever heard the word "sprachgefühl", which means having an intuitive grasp of a language's idioms.

it came out already....its a lil different than the carbon.... everything on this game is on a close track opposed to being on the street like all the other need for speed games
