Go for the Yakima system,it cost more than the Thule but has higher clearance,thicker tubing and looks very nice,I tried the Thule,it has more "add-ons" than the Yakima but the look and "strength" of the units seems weaker than the Yakima.Yakima locking systems is more acessible than the Thule ,either way both are good racks and probably will leave scratch marks on your door trim.
