Yeah, I'm guessing nobody bothered reading this the first time you posted because we figured that as soon as you got one response, they'd have the answer.
Advice: get a bentley manual. It makes everything a lot easier.
Now, to find your alternator, what everyone else said is right. One more thing just in case you really have no clue what all those strange metal things under the hood are: Find your serpentine belt (to the left of the engine) then, face the belt. The first pulley on the top, towards the front of the car, is attached to your alternator.
Last piece of advice, if you want to change it, I'm pretty sure just about anyone could figure it out. But first, get a bentley manual, ask a few more questions, and make sure you know what you're doing. It's no fun to get your car taken apart and not be able to get it back together again.
