So I really messed up and I need an answer

So I stuck dirty wheels on my leather seats in the rear, and they look pretty much trashed as much as I hate to admit it. I think since I'm selling the car I'll just replace them.
So I'm wondering how much a whole rear leather seat setup would cost me if anyone knows.
I'm prepared to here some pretty high prices, and I know I'm an idiot for this.
Dont bother giving me more poop than I already feel.

hmm.. and it wont come off.. i mean even if it is staind? do you have tan leather.. there was a GB for 600 or so for full custom leather all around plus another 600 or so for fitting..
atleast you didnt spill battery acid on the back seat of your dad's eddie bauer explorer.. i did that when i was younger.. 3 months later it ate holes into the leather.. to fix it, it would have been 600 for new leather covers from Ford..
are you sure that it doesnt come out. unless it left water stains.. but i would guess not over a grand....

Funny you mentioned this, i had a dream like this not too long ago. Wheels ripped apart my interior. I woke up and realized i'm still stock to the bone

Yeah I have the tan leather they are just brown stains, pretty light looking, but they just wont come off with anything.
I think I'll take it too a shop around the corner tomorrow to see what they can do before i buy the whole seats, all over again.

Since you're selling it, just tan them all brown

dude did you try cleaning them? try lexol or even saddle soap, i use windix and a microfibre towel sometimes on the couches (they're white leather) lexol has taken out ink from a pen before, why not grease? try cleaning them first.

Definatly try saddle soap before you replace. Unless the leather is damaged (torn) get a dye job. The dark area can be bleached then re-dyed to match.

I've heard that Griot's garage interior cleaner (or something along those lines) works much better than Lexol. I have lexol and it works okay, but I'd like to try the Griot's some day. Can't remember where I read about it . . . either here or on the gti-vr6 list.
