I was looking for some opinions and directions to places that sell these DTM systems, and if they make the full cat-back piping that lead to the muffler.

Nobody really makes a "DTM" system. If you are inquiring about cat-back exhaust systems...TechTonics, MagnalFlow, Neuspeed, Supersprint, and Scorpion are a few brands to check out. You can get weld-on DTM (dual upswept tips) seperately for the TT system or get it already doneon the Neuspeed system.
