Check out the fourth pick! Not only does the back seat recline with pop-out footrest. But it comes with a beautiful european chick in a blue dress. No wonder it goes for so much $$$

I dunno, but I for one find the idea of 'silverware' in a car to be really quite tacky. What are some of those bowls for? Eating ice cream sundaes?

You can have open containers in the back of limos. There aren't much in the way of PWI laws (Passengering while under the influence).
And tacky? I don't see how having silverware to eat a meal in the back of a corporate limo (which essentially what this is) would be tacky. A big-hair Dundalk waitress clacking her gum while asking "what'll it be, Hon?" is tacky. Wearing highwater blue houndstooth pants, orange argyle socks, and dark green loafers to a business meeting would be tacky. I don't think silverware in a limo really can be described that way...
The interior is tasteful, and stylish, in a very modern corporate way.
