what year did obd 1 stop and when where air bags started

obd 1 is 93-95, obd 2 is 96-99, i think airbags started in 95, but im not quite sure

airbags first started in 94 models (late 93)

airbags started late 94
OBDI is 93-96...OBDII is 96.5-99....(there is a vin break in 96 for the OBDI OBDII change)...so a 96 could be either or i think (correct me if im wrong)

LOL no actually we just have to downsize our collection. i have a deal with my dad, as long as i sell some dubs, we can keep my gti and corrado. so im just tryin to put the info out there

try to stay away from power windows also...Don't know how bad the window regulators are on MK4's, if they're bad at all, but on MK3's, they are break prone. OBD1 is easier for engine mods, such as a cam, because it came with dual valve springs, so you won't have to upgrade if you get an aggressive cam.
