The thing in the console is an EQ/DSP unit sold as an extra cost option in Europe, IIRC.

VAG Parts Bin (Steve) has brought one over from Germany and has it in his Golf now. I'm not sure what it does, or even what you can do with it, but it sounds cool. More Buttons!! http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
