I just read edmunds drive of the TOyota Pirus http://www.edmunds.com/reviews/roadtests/spin/48986/article.html , only to find out that it has a Navigation system optional?!? Audi doesn't offer an LCD, Map based navigation in any of their cars sold in NA, but toyota puts one in a $23k pirus?
It's one of those cases of Audi engineers telling people what they need rather than giving them what they want. It goes over in Germany, but not so well in North America.
The Prius has an LCD screen no matter what, so I guess since it's half done, Toyota thought it would be a good idea to throw in the rest. Besides, the greenies that drive it will appreciate that it wasn't printed on dead trees, right?
