I am thinking of getting the Chris Green DP and testpipe for my car. I am assuming this will bolt to the stock exhaust. Does it?
What type of sound increase am I going to acheive if any?
The test pipe has O2 fittings, will I throw CEL?
What is the power advantage of a testpipe vs. hi-flow cat?
Thanks dubbers!
(Yes I did a search and didn't find what I wanted...

Yes it bolts on to stock, well ATP did anyway, and with the test pipe you will get CEL, I have the high flow cat and dont get a CEL.
Oh and the sounds you will get are lots of rubbing, hitting, vibrations, unless you get new mounts.
Well, the ATP anyway.

Hey man... I'll be in Medford on this coming thur night.. gonna be there till sunday. Hows the dub scene in Medford? Anything worthwhile? I'd like to hook up n check it out when I get there.
Btw, three 3" DPs on the market right now. Chris Green, ATP and FM. The Chris Green and ATP will require lower engine mounts and the FM doesnt. Personally, I upgrade lower engine mounts anyway, because it gives you a more connected feel to the car, but it does make the car a massive vibration machine. If you don't want to use engine mounts, then the FM is the only one that wont hit.

Damn, I wish I would have known that about 2 weeks ago. Oh well, my mounts are on the way.

Dub scene in Medford? Ha! I can count the number of "true" dubbers that I have seen driving around in this town on one hand! lol. What brings you to Medford? The only thing half way entertaining car-wise is open drags at the strip on friday nights. Dont think that starts back up untill spring though, but would have to check. I dragged my Ducati against some kid with a NOS prepped Honda.....quite funny! Are you bringing "The Jetta" with you or any tricked VW period? I would love to see it if you are around! Never driven a chipped 1.8 yes...hint hint...lol. Thanks!

Hey Greg just wanted to let you know my DP does not require the use of motor mounts, I'm sure many people can back me up on that.

Chris,
I believe ya! http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif to you for making a high quality product.
So... the OLD ATP DP required the use of an aftermarket engine mount. I understand that maybe the newer ones work without hitting.
I know for sure that ours does not hit with a stock engine mount and The USP/Chris Green DP doesnt require one as well. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
Btw.. Chris.. you do go by USP, right? Thats you...correct?! Whats your web address again?
