Sounds like 2nd gear syncho...

I have 85K and it only grinds into 2nd gear on high revvs only and not all the time. I haven't had any type of service done to the tranny would this be considered the infamous 2nd gear syncho? Also would this be covered under warranty since I haven't had maintenance done?

By the way just installed my new PIAA's super platinum bulbs....whew now I can see after the laser surgery
