I'm getting ready to install a turbo setup on my 16v and I plan on keeping the 020 trans. I'm shopping around for a clutch and I've noticed a lot of people in the 1.8t forum running Southbend clutches making big power.
Hows does anyone feel about the Southbend Rally Series HD Stage 1 that 034 sells?
I know Clutchnet and ACT also have clutches out there but for how much they cost an 02a swap with a new disc would be the same amount of money

Re: Southbend Clutches (Dave926)

I had a stg 4 in my BT audi and it was the best clutch I've owned. Im finishing up on my 3.0l vrt and i will be ordering a SB stg5 very soon. I know these setups are different from what you are doing but im sure the quality and feel is the same.
