Re: Spring Caps? (eurozex)

I got some "Jom" spring caps from Tuning Zubehor for $50, they also sell the "Bonrath" caps for ~$70-$100.

Re: Spring Caps? (2.DOH!!)

Which ones are the best anyway? someone told me that their bonrath ones got bent after hitting a large pothole. Possible?
Re: Spring Caps? (VWsuperhero)

Don't know which are best, but if you can handle the wait, Motorworks
do carry a lifetime guarentee(sp).
Re: Spring Caps? (2.DOH!!)

Motorworks ones don't come in the variety of Corrado Vr6 caps though, so if you did a vr6 strut conversion you have to go elsewhere.
I think that ABD has some billet aluminum ones.
Re: Spring Caps? (88Jetta)

i have the abd ones, and not only are they overpriced but they are noisy. they make a scrapey noise when you turn in parking lots becuase nothing holds the top of the spring stationary, or something. just kind of annoying.
