Using Ground Control adjustable sleeves and Bilstein Sports inserts......What poundage spring would the best choice for an aggressive daily driver in a city with average road conditions? Also, I am planning on running 17's with a 40 series tire.

300# range as a starting point. I'm still using the Corrado SLC stock struts/shocks and springs, while launching hard the rear squats. I'm going with true coilovers with dampening adjustment, I want the PSS9.
I have the plus suspension with poly bushings, the rear has upper poly bushings. My wheels are Audi Avus 6 spokes 17x7.5 et 32. 205/40ZR17. We have crappy roads here in CA, but the ride with the stock suspension is nice but a tad too soft for me.
