How do I remove the monsoon cassette deck from my dash board?

There are two vertical holes that about 1/2 inch from the edge on both side. You may try something hard enough to insert into about 1/2 inch. The deck will come out if you success.
Push back is easy. Good luck.

If you don't have the keys, which the dealer should have given you at the time of purchase, people have had success using the metal portions of hanging file folders. The notch at the end of that metal strip is similar to the notch in the keys.
btw: these keys we're referring to aren't anything special. their just little slim pieces of metal with a notch in one end.

Thanks for the info. Now that brings up my next question. I just purchased this car used from the original owner, and I'm not even sure where to look for the stereo removal keys. Are they typically in that black owner's manual pouch thingy?

Yep, done it. Just remove the metal strip on the edge of the hanging folder. Bend in a U pop them in and pull out.

They're small little thingies that, unfortunately, can get lost very easily. They'd probably be in a mini plastic bag. See if a local dealer will give you a pair. Otherwise, the hanging file folder metal strips really do work with little trouble.

I never got mine. And I just checked in the little pouch of the manual. Where else might they have put them? Did other people get theirs?

The hanging file folder strip worked PERFECT . . . once the wife let me raid the file cabinet!
