Stock C competition at waterfest. How is it judged?

I'm thinking about entering my Corrado in the stock Corrado competition at Waterfest 2002. How are they judged? I'm trying to decide if I have a chance

My car is 100% stock, right down to the ECU. I've even got the window sticker. The only thing that isn't original is the stereo. The speakers are stock, but the head unit was replaced by the previous owner.

jeebus...knock that picture size down a bit
uh do this...meguires (or any like product) 3 step cleaner/polish/wax system. the cleaner will take the oxidation out of the paint (that murky dull look), then the polish will get rid of small scratches and swirl marks. then the wax.
should take 4-6 hours...but believe me when i say your car will look 100x better. did this both times i won second...
