Just wanted to know what the spring rates were for a 2000 Golf 1.8t without sport suspension. I'm trying to narrow down my search for springs, I appreciate the help.

I'd say around 150/120 lb/in F/R. I have a list of relative spring rates (in % stiffer than stock) in my eibach pro-system thread. See sig for link. It's at the bottom of the 1st page.
