A strut bar goes between and reinforces the strut towers (open the hood, look to the back and they are the two things you see on the side with a strut sticking out the top of them

). Now the tie bar connects the two control arms from the underside of the car. I would like to see some reviews or whatnot on the neuspeed lower tie bar... http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
