my front strut mounts are shot!!! It sounds like a brick rolling around in my wheel well. I have a few questions.
1. I have coilovers so do I need a spring compressor to do the job or can I just remove the whole assembly?
2. Should I replace the bearing as well? I have heard that they don't usually go bad.
3. Has anyone done this? or should I just pay someone? I am pretty mechanically inclined.
4. how bad is it to drive around on blown struts?
