I'm assuming these act to preload the spring a bit and/or to account for a shorter spring free length (so the spring doesn't un-seat when in full rebound)??
Anyone installed aftermarket lowering springs or even just replaced the factory springs with ones from a sport package (GLI/337/20AE, etc...) and left out the spacer? What's the outcome?
