Just recently I installed my two Momo 10" subs that is powered by a 400watt Infinity amp. I just noticed today that the subs look like they take a breath and then exhale

It just seems to happen when I am listening to the radio, which does not have good reception, could that be the problem?? Also, I have a cap that is hooked up but it doesn't shut off with the rest of the amps. There is only a positive and negative hook up on it, is there a way to hook up a remote to it? Any help would be appreciated. TIA.

the cap should have a little remote wire input/output that you can hook up to it. I know my 1fd monster has it

The pulsing noise could be caused by bad RCA wires. As for the powercap it should always be on.

i agree about the cap, they're usually on all the time. but some do have a remote wire.
About the sub problem, Check your grounds and rca's also check behind the radio and make sure the remote is hooked up to the remote out onthe radio and not the power antenna lead.
