Hi,
Last year I used my PC w/ orange pad w/ Meguiars DACP #83 to remove swirls. It didn't worked very well... After like 5 runs on the hood there were still a lot of swirls.
I think the #83 is too "soft". This year I want to try the same thing but with Menzerna Intensive Polish which I think is more abrasive.
Good idea or not?
Also theses are the steps I want to do:
1. Clay
2. Swirl removing w/ PC+orange pad w/ Menzerna Intensive Polish
3. Klasse AIO w/ PC+white pad
4. 3 layers of Klasse SG by hand
5. Some pure Carnauba wax (not sure about this one)
Should I polish with a finishing polish before applying the AIO or does the AIO act as a fine polish? Any other recommendations? It's on a red 2003 jetta btw.
If I could get Jesstzn attention on this thread...
