I just moved to Killeen TX and looking to buy another bug here. I want to ditch the stock bumpers and go with T bars but not sure if they're legal here. I looked on the DMV websites and can't get a good answer. Anyone here with good info?

Pretty much. There's virtually no regulations in Texas. My Pre 61s don't even need turn signals or 2 tail lights there. I miss it very much.Anything goes in Texas. :beer:
