I installed a set of these very cool chrome and black window cranks from Cullen....Wonderful fit and finish....no more plastic window cranks......and these look very cool

Whats the deal with the aluminum gas caps? Steve Langford was supposed to make em, but didn't... i searched for topics created by cullen, but found nothing, you gotta link?

You know? I like em, but I don't like chrome. But thats just my way.

One thing I had discovered for another Mk1; Audi sunroof cranks.
They look powder coated (maybe just painted black) and they are hinged in the middle.
This allows them to stand away from the door when you are cranking, then tuck back when at rest.
The reason this was important is the car in question is it had speakers installed down low that stood out away from the surface and you would catch your hand on them when working the crank.
Best thing of all, that these chromies share, is they are METAL.
