Re: Tell Me About The Plymouth Prowler... (Braga_Dub)
Lots of style, the hold their value very well. (I found one for sale recently, and they were asking $36k)
On the downside, the engine is a bit underpowered (although this is a car meant for cruising, not racing), and some of the interior bits (like the climate control/radio) are regular Chrysler parts bin pieces.
I'd love to own one, though. Quite the little attention grabber.

uggggggggg. made a huge post about how it's really not that slow and it got deleted when i hit the damn back button on my keypad
anyway, to summarize, what is slow people?
from a motortrend article: Compare that not only to a stock '99 Prowler (0-60 mph in 5.7 seconds, with a 14.3-second/95.4-mph quarter) http://motortrend.com/roadtest...re01/
0-60 in well under 6 with low 14s in the quarter is slow?
yeah yeah yeah, it needs a v8 and a 6 speed, but as it is, the car isnt exactly "slow". it's got more power than a B5 S4 and weighs under 2900 pounds.
