the biggest PITA when smoking brisket is grinding the salt and pepper. We even have the cool lever grinders. It still takes 30 minutes of grinding. I need to find some of our good stuff in ground form already.

So Dave Chappelle is telling his fans to boycott watching The Dave Chappelle show because he's not getting paid money for the reruns to be on air and/or on a streaming service.
Reading the entire article, Chappelle signed a contract with ViacomCBS, and it apparently didn't include ancillary rights. He admits to signing a contract. Then walking away from that contract. And somehow, none of this is his fault. 🙄

Well the eTron lease deal that I worked out for myself is quickly approaching the end of its term, so I have been on the hunt for a replacement car. Was all over the place, wanted a Sedan, wanted something a little sporty, wanted something that was cheap (under 450 a month) and wanted to buy it...

fence estimates are in... 6 week out to book, and i just missed the hoa acc deadline by a day.
finally decided to refi the house @ 1.2% lower than current and pay down some debt on it. looks like we can skip a bunch of fees (title, appraisal, survey - though i'm paying them 150 to come out and set in new rebar, etc).

At first I thought this was a terrible idea. Why would you want a slower wagon (even though I like that body style better than your current one
