After a stop for lunch, driving a Citroën Ami through some incredibly narrow French city streets, that people do try to drive through with normal-sized cars (by European standards, anyway), judging by the scrapes on the sides of the buildings. The Ami is an electric "quadricycle" that is limited to 28 MPH and can be driven in France anyone 14 years of age or older, without needing a driver's license. (And the guy driving it doesn't have one -- it's his first four-wheel vehicle; he previously only owned a moped.)
