Just got refund on my CC. Got charged for CDN$1138.19 and only got CDN$1099.88 credit. Lost over US$20 because of the exchange rate. I am mad and upset now. Waited over a month, frustration, concern and got nothing but lost money at last.

I didn't actually ask for refund. Everyone got their credit back. I called CC company and ask them to investigate for me. I thought CC company was the only ppl who could contact TRS. or they are the only ppl TRS would contact.
I will search for compensation.

If everyone just gets there refund through a dispute (credit issued by CC company), it will be to your advantage, b/c they issue you back the interest as well. Thats what I did.

No, TRS won't give you interest. What he meant was if you paid part of the balance of your CC and had to pay interest, and then later on refund the purchase from TRS, the CC company will give you back the bit of interest you paid on the balance accrued from TRS.

Yeah if you pay your monthly payments in full then there would be no interest, but yeah the exchange rate part sucks. But if you complain the CC company should give you exactly what you paid in the first place.

It is nothing more than Ralfs house! There is NO Store, none at all! The home address is it! No physical store, store front, shop/garage at all!! Everything is done out of his house/garage and a small storage area. Im just going to stop looking/digging up things on these fools b/c the more I find out its the less I want to know!
