and no. a flat 6 at high rpm's fed through butterfly's is one of the greatest sounding motors....better than any lumbering american v8. hell, an italian and german v8 sound better.

Not a big fan of other marque's engines in Porsches. I understand why they did it, just not a huge fan.

If one has the technical skill to do that, one probably could have fixed the porsche motor.... anyhow, it's pretty cool.

Also, now that the ass end is considerably heavier, how well does it go around curves?

Having never really thought about an LSx in a Porsche, I'm amazed at how much room there actually is in the bay with the engine in.

I'm a fan of the flat 6, but you can't beat the sound of a healthy v8.
