I'd like to know this too. I have two gaping holes from the dealer plate (which I took off) and I'd like a Euro plate to cover them, but don't really want more holes!
Edit: spelling, doh!

Get one of those German plate frames sold anywhere you buy German plates. They have probably a hundred different holes in back so they can be mounted anywhere, meaning you don't have to drill more holes. Furthermore, the plate snaps into the frame, meaning you don't have to drill the plate either.

Before I changed to special edition plates, I had a europlate that matched my regular Colorado plate numbers. I got it from Rocky Mountain Motorworks. I believe there website is http://www.motorworks.com It ran about $40, and included a universal mouting bracket that picked up the existing hole in my bumper.
BTW, you'll have to call them to custom order the plate, as that option is not on the website.

is autoplates.com a carrier or pretty authentic looking plates? I have seen many different types/styles of german plates with different symbols etc, do they offer a choice?

dkrutewicz, your plate seems a bit crooked..

i would like the real thing, but i think it would be better to have my real plate numbers on there..
