Best would be to check a wiring diagram for the vehicle that the throttle body came from, it should show you what you need to know. Failing that, put an ohmmeter on the leads and test it, you'll find that the resistance between two of the wires does not change, these are the + and - leads the remaining one is the signal wire. The + and - wires are sort of interchangeable hooked up the one way, the signal voltage increases as the throttle opens, hooked up the other it increases as the throttle closes so, configure it whichever way works best for you.
