Two wires coming from the throttle body plug into two other wires that report to my ECU. The plastic plug ends fell apart and I was forced to twist these wires together. I noticed when I stripped the throttle body wires, there were actually two smaller wires within them, brown/yellow. I PRESSUMED these four wires(2 smaller wires within both wires comiing from throttle body) connected together since they ended up previously in a two prong plug. So I twisted each pair back together, then twisted them with the other wires that were in the other plug, going to the ECU. So I have two wires from the top of the TB and one wire going to the ECU, twisted together. I have two other wires from the bottom of the TB and the other wire going to ECU twisted together. I have a real cooky idle right now, wants to stall when cold, I have to stay on gas but when warm, idles 3,500+rpm. I've flip/flopped the wires going to the ECU, in case I was wrong but still same result. Any ideas?
