Throttlebody....

Does anyone know if it's safe to remove the "ramp" in the throttlebody?
Someone told me that it would be better now that i have an s/c....
or maybe a 2.9 tb would be better.

Its safe to remove it on the OBD I ....do it and enjoy the throttle response...by the way go on ebay do a search for corrado throttle body i hae one on their right now later
