Tilt steering wheel

I have recently put corrado seats in my '86, I sit much lower now, I dont hit my head on the roof and my lanky legs actually fit. The one downside is the steering wheel is now pretty high. I know the later GLIs came with tilt steering colums. How difficult are these to retro fit?
My car wasnt custom made for me and now I am custom talioring it. I'm 6'5" and those seats made a WORLD of diffrence. I love them.

Anyone have a tilt sterring colum?
Any one want a set of grey leather seats?
