I'm looking at the Superleggras in 17'' size for my gti but with so many tires out there which do i go with? I want good performance tires with a good grip and pretty good in rain, not an all season tire, I will take them off in the winter. Also I don't want super expensive tires.

17x7 or 17x8 Oz's?
I have 17x8 Supperleggra's, with nitto 450's on em, 224/45/17 Z rated

I really like the Bridgestone Potenza S0-3 Pole Position - great traction, grips well in the rain, and durable.
