Have had this problem for a while now, top half of the pedal doesnt seem to have much stopping power to it but the bottom part will get the job done, Yesterday I changed the lines to ss ecs units, and flushed the fluid and filled with ate super blue. Rotors and pads come monday. Do you guys think the new pads and rotors with remedy this? This is my first car, so I am not too sure what bad brakes are like. Tried the braking forum, but they just said bleed them, Which has been done properly already.

Same problem, power doesnt come in untill half way down. This wouldnt be a MC issue would it?
