I noticed that this hose is ripped from the Y hose. Will this hose being disconnected cause perfomance problems? Also what is this particular hose called and how hard is it to replace?

its not bad to replace ,id get the eurojet one from 20squared.com, its the lower pvc hose and its cheaper than oem i believe

i would go to the auto store and just spend like 30 bucks redoing your whole pcv system to a catch can

lol yeah... i got spent 8 bucks on 19mm hose... and used a couple 3/4 size help adapters and waa laa.... whole pcv system redone

does the torn hose affect performance? what are the side affects of it being torn?

FV-QR

Lower is 06A 103 213 AF. It will be much cheaper to get generic hose and some brass barb fittings.

As PCV hose issues come up all the time, not mention the FAQ holds most if not all this info I'm going to lock this.
